Emergency roadside assistance is available anywhere in the United States or Canada, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

To Call for Roadside Assistance:
Simply call the TOLL-FREE NUMBER listed on the OIL CHANGE REMINDER STICKER placed on your windshield. You must also give the roadside assistance agent your ACCOUNT NUMBER found on the sticker to receive sign & drive service.

Rental Car Coverage*
In the event of a mechanical breakdown that requires your vehicle to be towed, the Krex Roadside Assistance Program will cover the cost (up to $30) to rent replacement transportation for one day from this dealership or a licensed rental agency while your vehicle is being repaired. To be eligible for rental car coverage: • You must utilize the Krex Roadside Assistance network for the towing of your disabled vehicle
• Your vehicle must be towed back to and repaired by the dealership where the qualifying oil change was performed
• The incident must occur within 120 days of the date of the qualifying oil change

* Coverage limited to any claim of replacement transportation per 120 day coverage period.
Vehicles involved in collisions or non-mechanical breakdowns are not eligible for coverage.


100,000 Mile Limited Lubrication Engine Warranty *
This Warranty guarantees the lubricated parts of your new vehicle's engine for up to 100,000 miles or 84 months, whichever occurs first. To maintain, simply return to this dealership for oil changes at the recommended service interval. Please visit us at www.krexinc.com/warranty to read the details on your 100,000 Mile Limited Lubrication Warranty and print a copy for your records. A new vehicle is defined as having no more than 24,000 miles registered on the odometer at the time of the initial installation of Krex Graphite Engine Lubricant and has been in-service less than 24 months from the manufacturer's original in-service date. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Krex 100,000 Mile Limited Lubrication Warranty.


Road Hazard Tire Protection *
For a period of 120 days after a qualifying oil change service, this service department will repair or replace a flat tire damaged by a road hazard*:

• If the tire is not repairable, we will replace the damaged tire with a comparable new tire
• Complimentary coverage up to $150 per 120 day period
• You must return to this service department for tire repair or replacement
• Commercial vehicles, tires with 3/32” or less of tread depth, or damage caused by negligence, abuse, curb impact, improper inflation, tire chains, vandalism, or tires with damage at the time of the oil change service are not covered.

Road Hazard is defined as; objects and road conditions such as potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composition, scraps, or any item causing tire damage other than normal wear and tear
