Position Details
Automotive Sales Consultant

The Automotive Sales Consultant’s primary role is to assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process, from responding to online inquiries to helping guests in-store find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify vehicle needs and provide exceptional service
- Building rapport with customers to create long-term relationships and referral opportunities
- Responding promptly to internet leads and providing vehicle information, pricing, and availability
- Answering inbound sales calls and scheduling customer appointments
- Confirming appointments and following up with customers throughout the sales process
- Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, recent purchases, and repeat business opportunities
- Conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives with customers
- Guiding customers through the complete buying experience from start to finish
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer relationships and communication
Qualifications:

Service Advisor

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor who is ready to help us continue providing outstanding automotive service and care.
The Service Advisor is the face of the dealership for service customers. This position is responsible for presenting and recommending maintenance and repair services in a professional and customer-friendly manner while building trust, satisfaction, and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner while gathering vehicle information
- Building strong relationships with customers to create a welcoming and trustworthy experience
- Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and recommended services according to manufacturer guidelines
- Preparing accurate repair estimates and explaining services clearly
- Communicating repair timelines with customers and technicians
- Answering incoming service calls and assisting customers with scheduling appointments
- Maintaining organized service schedules and follow-up communication
- Following up with customers after service visits to encourage repeat business and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Adhering to manufacturer warranty procedures and dealership policies
- Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index scores through exceptional service
- Safeguarding customer, company, and vehicle information while complying with all policies and regulations

Master Automotive Service Technician
$1,500 after 90 days of employment
$1,500 after 6 months of employment
$2,000 at 1-year anniversary
Do you have a passion for repairing vehicles, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and staying on the cutting edge of automotive technology? At Lake City Ford, our technicians are a critical part of our success, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated, and technically skilled individuals to join our team.
As a Master Automotive Service Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles while helping us deliver top-tier service every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brake, HVAC, drivability, and intermittent concerns
- Utilize diagnostic tools and handheld devices to identify malfunctions and complete repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend additional maintenance or safety repairs when needed
- Complete and document multi-point inspections accurately
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status, additional work needed, or delays
- Perform road tests when necessary to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist and mentor less experienced technicians in the shop
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training programs
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and properly protected
- Follow all OSHA, hazardous waste, safety, and company compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Ford experience preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Manufacturer certifications preferred, but not required
- Senior Master or Master certifications are a plus; however, highly experienced technicians without current certifications will absolutely be considered
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must provide basic tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test

Mobile Service Technician

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete light repair and maintenance services independently
- Diagnose and repair basic suspension, steering, brake, and tire-related concerns
- Perform alignments, fluid exchanges, TPMS repairs/replacements, battery testing and installation
- Complete manufacturer recalls and campaigns as certification levels allow
- Accurately complete multi-point inspections on every vehicle
- Perform repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Document all completed and recommended work on repair orders
- Identify additional safety or maintenance concerns on assigned vehicles
- Stay current on manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and product updates
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored and dealership training programs
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste disposal, and safety regulations
- Continue developing technical knowledge and skills as vehicle technology evolves
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive experience as a D-Level Technician preferred
- Automotive technical school certifications are a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic automotive tools required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
